Kristen Noel Kristy Swanson gained worldwide fame for her role for her role in Buffy Summers. In the popular film Buffy the Vampire Slayer, she played Rebecca Becky Granger. As a California native Swanson had a passion for acting from the time she was a child. Her acting career began through a variety of commercials. The actress was featured in a scene in the NBC sitcom, It's Your Turn in 1984. Two years later, in the romantic comedic Pretty in Pink of 1986 the actress made her screen debut. Swan, who is renowned for her breathless voice and blonde hair, has appeared in parts in a variety of roles over the last couple of years. In 1989 she won an award called the Young Artist Award for Best Young Actress in a Horror or Mystery Motion Picture for Flowers in the Attic.
